WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / REFUND POLICY?

All items are FINAL SALE.

We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.

Because our items are made to order, exchange requests must meet the following criteria:

  • Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping and any reshipment costs

  • Exchanges are limited to size or equal-value item only

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist.
